All caterers and vendors are welcome
For alchohol, the client is responsible for obtaining the proper license.

REFUND POLICY
A $500 down payment is charged to reserve the space and is subject to the below policy;
90+ Days prior to event: 100% refund
89 days prior to event: No refund

1.5x HOLIDAY RATE - Sunday-Thursday - $600/hr | Friday & Saturday - $675/hr
